Tibetian bowls also known as singing bowls are made of seven metals with brass being the main component in this case for hand made as seen on the photos. The bowls create sound and vibration which is used for meditation, well being, creating music as it can be used as a musical instrument as well. Generally the bowls are made in many Asian countries and the true origin cannot be stated to one particular country although this particular ones are hand made in India.
