Unirice Jasmine rice is a special kind of rice with a special scent and taste from Asia. It is a lovely, long, white, instant rice grain.
Preparation
- Wash the rice in plenty of water, drain.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
- Stir in the rice and add salt to taste if needed).
- Bring to the boil again, stir briefly and let it simmer for 10 minutes in a closed pan.
- Drain (use a sieve or colander for this).
