Juwar is one of the five top cereal crops in the world, along with wheat, oats, corn, and barley. Juwar flour is Milled from Sorghum Seeds (a cream colored grain). It is used for wholesome breads such as bhakris in Indian cooking. It is also widely used to coat vegetables and meats for a crispy outer shell and with those following special health diets.
