Preparation Guidelines To make 280ml (1/2 pint) of delicious gravy, put 4 heaped teaspoons (4x5ml) of gravy granules into a measuring jug. Pour on 280ml of boiling water and stir briskly. For thicker gravy simply add more granules, or for more special occasions add the juices from your roast meat and a teaspoon of wholegrain mustard.
