.Cooking Instructions and Storage
The following is a guide only. Appliances may vary.
Grill 1 – 2 minutes
Dampen with water
Place in pre-heated medium grill
Turn halfway through cooking
Microwave – (Category E – 850w) 30 seconds
Dampen both sides lightly with water
Oven Bake
Dampen with water
Chilled: 1-2 minutes 220 C / Fan 200 C / Gas 7
Frozen: 2-4 minutes 220 C / Fan 200 C / Gas 7
Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven
Packaged in a protective atmosphere
Store in a cool dry place.
Once opened consume with 24 hours.
Suitable for freezing.
Freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 3 months.
Defrost thoroughly and heat as per instructions.
Once thawed do not re-freeze.
