Preparation Guidelines
To make 280ml (1/2 pint) of delicious gravy, put 4 heaped teaspoons (4x5ml) of gravy granules into a measuring jug. Pour on 280ml of boiling water and stir briskly. For thicker gravy simply add more granules, or for more special occasions add a splash of white wine and some chopped sage.
