Spices blend for Stuffed, Fried Vegetables.
Ingredients: Coriander, Salt white, Dry Mango, Cumin, Pomegranate Seeds, Chilli red, Black Salt, Black Pepper, Fenugreek Leaves, Musk Melon, Cloves, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Mustard, Cardamom Seeds, Dry Ginger, Mace, Fennel seeds.
Preparation Instructions:
A special blend of spices for cooking vegetable delicacies on a flat pan (tava) Dress and slit lengthwise a selection of vegetables - bitter gourd, okra ( Lady finger),Egg plants, aubergines, lotus stems, onions, potatoes etc.Stuff each vegetable with 1-2g Tava Fry Masala.
On a tava, heat 100g cooking oil/ghee. Gently place the vegetables slit side up on the tava and simmer on a low flame, turning occasionally until tender. Drain and serve hot with roti (Indian bread).
