Por Kwan Pad Thai Sauce - Sour and Spicy Sauce for Rice Stick:- allows for quick and easy preparation of a delicious Pad Thai. If you don't have the time and/ or energy to make Pad Thai from scratch, just soak some rice stick noodles in warm water for about an hour or so depending on your preference. While the noodles are soaking heat some vegetable oil in a wok, aromatic spices and oils, add meat of your choice (shrimp, chicken, etc) and cook. Add rice noodles, add 2-3 tablespoons of water, and add 1/2 cup pad Thai sauce. Stir together and push to one side of wok. Crack an egg and scramble it in the wok, then mix the cooked egg with the other ingredients. Add other ingredients as you prefer (tofu, chives, crushed peanuts, etc).
