Mango Lassi Recipe
Ingredients
* 2 cup Mango pulp
* 2 cup plain yogurt (NO LESS THAN 2% FAT)
* 1 cup milk (No less than 1.5% Fat)
* 1/4 cup sugar or to taste
* A dash of ground cardamom (optional)
Method
Put mango
pulp, yogurt, milk, sugar and cardamom into a blender and blend for 2 minutes,
then pour into individual glasses, and serve. Can sprinkle with a little
cardamom on the top once poured into individual glasses
Please note
once you open the Mango
pulp tin you need to refrigerate the unused but only for the next 48hours.

750grams and can make easy 2.5lts of Lassi
The lassi
can be kept refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
